DreambigCareer平台的用户在购买了DreambigCareer上的讲座、单项课程、组合课程之后，出现不可抗力因素，导致：

1. 购买组合课程学员在合同截止日期前无法继续上课，DreambigCareer会退还给学员未上课程的金额。

2. 购买单项课程/未签订合同的学员，在三个月内无法继续上课，DreambigCareer会退还给学员未上课程的金额。

其他情况，课程一经售出，不可退款。

*不可抗力因素：不能预见、不能避免并不能克服的客观情况。包括自然灾害、如台风、地震、洪水、冰雹;政府行为，如征收、征用;社会异常事件，如罢工、骚乱三方面。

As a user of DreambigCareer platform, you could get the refund of the purchased online webinar, single course or combinative courses if you met one of the following the situations caused by force majeure:

1.If you have purchased the combinative courses and couldn’t be able to continue your courses before the expiration date, DreambigCareer will give you the refund of the courses that haven’t start.

2.If you have purchased the single course/didn’t sign a contract with DreambigCareer and you couldn’t be able to continue the course in three months, DreambigCareer will give you the refund of the courses that haven’t start.

Under other situations, the courses you have purchased are non-refundable.

*Force Majeure as referred above means unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable objective conditions which cover natural disasters like typhoon, earthquake, flood, and hail; acts of government like expropriation; social unusual events like strike and civil disorder.
